Description

We offer a one-bedroom apartment in the complex of Mareverde, in the lively Costa Adeje, on the south-west coast of Tenerife.

The apartment contains one bedroom with a double built-in wardrobe and one bathroom with a shower. The American kitchen is fully equipped with household appliances: oven, fridge, washing machine, microwave. The kitchen is connected to a well-lit living room with a dining area. In the living room there is a couch, a dresser, a TV set and a direct exit to the spacious terrace. In the residential complex there are up to 7 pools of various sizes.

COSTA ADEJE – well kept, elegant and popular part of the southern coast of Tenerife. It is famous because of all high-quality services, as well as beautifully presented streets, promenades and beaches. Two main beaches are Fañabe with black, volcanic sand, bars with large, comfortable beds very close to the water, a promenade with themed restaurants, playgrounds for children and water attractions. The other beach is Playa del Duque, which is made of smaller bays with light sand. There are two water parks: Siam Park, as well as Aqualand. The offer of this charming city is also the port of Puerto Colon, from which catamarans, ships, water scooters going deep into the ocean, giving the opportunity to observe dolphins and whales in their natural environment.
