- Two bedrooms are connected to each other - (you must go through the first room to enter the second bedroom, this configuration was created with the youngest - children in mind.
- From the living room there is an exit to the terrace with outside dining area and barbecue.
On the first floor there are :
- 2 bedrooms, each with a bathroom and sea and mountain views.
- 5 rooms are equipped with a TV with international channels, air conditioning and WIFI.
- The villa is rented fully furnished and equipped with all necessary utensils, bed linen, pool and pool towels. There is a parking space right next to the villa (garage is not available for guests).
The villa is just 2 minutes walk from the large X-Sur shopping center with a supermarket, restaurants and many shops.
The beaches of the south coast of Tenerife and many other restaurants are less than a 5-minute drive from the villa.
The villa was completely renovated in May 2017.
Rental conditions:
Price 2,100. ? / per week in Low Season (low season)
In other seasonal periods, the price will depend on the number of people and occupancy.
During the summer period, the price is from ? 2,500.? / per week, in winter from November to March 4.500. ? / next week .
Discounts for stays of 2, 3, 4 weeks. The price of 250.00 is also required? for final cleaning and 500? returnable deposit.
Pool heating cost (on request) is 150? / week.
The given prices do not include the IGIC 7% tax.
