Rental conditions:

- Discounts for 3 and 4 week stays.
- In addition to the base price, a payment of the amount of 150 is required? for final cleaning and around 300? as a returnable guarantee deposit.
- In the summer season, the price is from 1900? in a week depending on occupancy.
The given prices are net prices - they do not include the mandatory 7% IGIC tax in the treasury zone of the Canary Islands archipelago.
If you want to obtain a tax invoice, you should add 7% IGIC to the price.
