Apartment in the form of an attic, in the residential complex Los Alisios in the popular town of Los Cristianos in the south of Tenerife.

In the upper bedroom has a separate bathroom, there is a double bed, a large chest of drawers and two small dressers. Living room combined with kitchen and dining room. A bathroom with a bathtub, a sink and a toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, stove and microwave. In the dining area, a table and chairs and a sofa. The living room opens onto a terrace, with table and chairs and the view of the ocean, Los Cristianos and the nearby Montaña Chayofita.

The apartment is located on the third floor. The residential complex has a heated swimming pool, restaurant, café, reception and lifts. The monthly housing association fee is 152 €, which includes the water bill.

LOS CRISTIANOS -a popular place in southern Tenerife. There is the second most important port on the island, from which tourist ferries sail to the surrounding islands of La Gomera, La Palma and El Hierro. In the town there is also a main bus station, from which you can get to any part of the island. The city is alive and full of attractions. A huge selection of restaurants, not only Spanish, but also Italian, Chinese, Arabic, Indian and vegetarian. Numerous shops and boutiques. Beautiful promenades along the ocean and one of the most beautiful beaches, Playa de las Vistas. From the main square of the city there are tiny, charming streets between which you can come across many ice cream shops, cafes, street musicians and artists.
