A spacious apartment in the private residential complex of Orlando in the popular holiday resort of Costa Adeje.
Two bedrooms, each with a double screen, bedside table and lamp and sliding wardrobe. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. The kitchen is open with modern household appliances. It includes a microwave, fridge, induction hob and a capsule coffee machine as well as the equipment needed for cooking. The kitchen is connected to the living room. In the living room you will find a couch, a dresser, a large flat screen TV, a stereo tower and a table with four chairs. From the parliament, direct access to the spacious and furnished terrace, where you can enjoy the sun on the sun loungers or eat meals at the garden table. The apartment is freshly renovated and is also protected by an alarm system.
The apartment is equipped with fiber-optic WiFi with a speed of 600Mb / second, prepared for people who need to work during the rest, as well as satellite TV on the level of 115 channels in English and Spanish, including sports channels.
In the complex there are two swimming pools, one large and one small, adapted to the needs of children. Guests also have access to the gym and tennis court (additional fee). The apartment is located 200 meters from the nearest supermarket and 600 meters from the beach Fañabe and Torviscas and Puerto Colón, where you can go scooter ride or cruise in search of whales and dolphins. A little further away is the Del Duque beach with beautiful views of La Gomera. Nearby there are also two shopping centers: San Eugenio and Fañabe Plaza, as well as numerous bars and restaurants.
The rental price depends on the season and the number of people renting the apartment. The price changes during the festive, carnival and individual periods in the calendar year. Please verify the price with the booking date.

COSTA ADEJE – well kept, elegant and popular part of the southern coast of Tenerife. It is famous because of all high-quality services, as well as beautifully presented streets, promenades and beaches. Two main beaches are Fañabe with black, volcanic sand, bars with large, comfortable beds very close to the water, a promenade with themed restaurants, playgrounds for children and water attractions. The other beach is Playa del Duque, which is made of smaller bays with light sand. There are two water parks: Siam Park, as well as Aqualand. The offer of this charming city is also the port of Puerto Colon, from which catamarans, ships, water scooters going deep into the ocean, giving the opportunity to observe dolphins and whales in their natural environment.
