A spacious apartment located on the fifth floor of a hotel complex in the energetic town of Costa Adeje, on the south-west coast of Tenerife.
The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, bedside tables and reading lamps, a dressing room with a mirror and a mini-fridge. In addition, a space to work with a laptop in the form of a desk and a chair was created. The bedroom is very well exposed thanks to large windows with direct access to the terrace. The bathroom is decorated in bright colors, with a shower, toilet and sink. Open-plan kitchen equipped with modern household appliances. There is a microwave, fridge, induction hob and washing machine in it.
The kitchen is combined with the living room, where you will find a couch, a dresser, a large flat screen TV and Polish satellite TV, and an additional fold-out bed so that up to three people can sleep in the room. Direct access to the spacious and furnished terrace from the living room. The apartment is freshly renovated, with central air conditioning, an air humidity sensor. It also has an alarm system and an additional folding crib for a child.
The complex has three heated swimming pools, a 24-hour reception desk, a gym, a tennis court, a games and playroom and lifts.
The apartment is located 200 meters from the nearest supermarket and 500 meters from the luxurious Del Duque Shopping Center. At a distance of 500 meters, there is Fañabe beach, and a little further south of Puerto Colón, from where you can enjoy a scooter ride or a cruise in search of whales and dolphins. Strolling along the promenade towards the former fishing village of La Caleta, you will come across the charming beach of Del Duque with light sand and beautiful views of the neighboring island of La Gomera. Nearby there are also two shopping centers: Gran Sur and Fañabe Plaza, as well as numerous bars and restaurants.
The rental price depends on the season and the number of people renting the apartment. The price changes during the festive, carnival and individual periods in the calendar year. Please verify the price with the booking date.

COSTA ADEJE – well kept, elegant and popular part of the southern coast of Tenerife. It is famous because of all high-quality services, as well as beautifully presented streets, promenades and beaches. Two main beaches are Fañabe with black, volcanic sand, bars with large, comfortable beds very close to the water, a promenade with themed restaurants, playgrounds for children and water attractions. The other beach is Playa del Duque, which is made of smaller bays with light sand. There are two water parks: Siam Park, as well as Aqualand. The offer of this charming city is also the port of Puerto Colon, from which catamarans, ships, water scooters going deep into the ocean, giving the opportunity to observe dolphins and whales in their natural environment.
